1. Set a Predictable Routine
Toddlers thrive on routine. A consistent bedtime sequence like bath → pyjamas → story → cuddle → bed helps them know what to expect, making the transition to sleep smoother.
2. Offer Choices to Avoid Power Struggles
Toddlers love independence! Give them small choices, like:
✔ "Do you want the blue pyjamas or the red ones?"
✔ "One bedtime story or two?"
This gives them a sense of control without delaying bedtime.
3. Use a Gentle Wind-Down
